I started my diving career when I learned how to snorkel a the age of 8 and spent many countless hours in the water at my grandparents lake house. I was obsessed with 'Sea Hunt' and Jacques Cousteau films and have been an active and enthusiastic aquatic person ever since. I  received my PADI Open Water Certification in 1989 and my PADI Divemaster certification in 1992 and have been active assisting classes and leading dive trips ever since. My diving escapades have taken me all over the country and the world, including the extreme environment of Antarctica  (Feb-2003). (I am the only certified Ice Diver on the staff.) I enjoy working with dive classes, playing underwater hockey, spear fishing and  underwater videography and video production.
